Policy

Bookings, Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds:

Bookings are confirmed once we receive your credit card deposit of 50% of the quoted cost of your tour.
The remaining 50% will be charged to your credit card 24 hours prior to the start of your tour.
Cancellations may be made any time up to one week prior to the start of the tour and a full refund will be made.
Cancellations within one week will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
Should Seascape Kayak Tours cancel due to weather, or for any other reason, a 100% refund will be made to your credit card.
